• Graduated (DVM and MSc) from the Lebanese University, Beirut
• Practiced in several small animal clinic in Lebanon
• Completed a PhD degree in infectious diseases at the National Veterinary School of Toulouse, France where he studied the complexity of the bovine respiratory microbiome, the interactions of the viruses and bacteria during infectious bronchopneumonia as well as the discovery of novel viruses, their evolution and pathogenesis. 
• Today, he works as a R&D virologist for emerging viruses vaccine development at ENVT, France
